Terms & Conditions

Applicable only on goods sold by Limelight Lab Grown Diamonds Ltd ("the Company")

  • Any dispute arising out of the transaction will be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
  • All requests for further services or exchange of the good(s) or complaints pertaining to the goods should be accompanied with the tax invoice mentioning the name of the person/entity (herein after referred to as "invoice") making the request/complaint along with a valid Government Issue photo identity of the same.

  • Good(s) sold by the Company can be exchanged at the company premise for a good of the same value, provided:

    • The good is in the same condition in which it was sold.
    • The invoice is produced along with the relevant Certificate of the said good.
    • A government issued photo identity of the person is produced.
    • The good has not been tampered with or altered.

  • No complaints will be entertained by the Company if:

    • The good is damaged or has been mishandled by the customer.
    • The good is altered or repaired by a person not authorized by the Company.
  • The Company shall not be liable or responsible for any indirect or consequential loss or damage caused to the customer.
  • The rate per gram charged for the gold is as mentioned in the invoice. As the gold rate at any given time is not uniform in the market the Company does not make any representation with regard to gold rate mentioned by the Company in the invoice.
  • If the payment is made by the customer through Cheque or Demand Draft, the delivery of the item purchased from the Company against the bill, will be made only after realization of the amount by the Company.
  • Precious and Semi-precious goods (i.e. color stone, pearl, NCM, vilandi, diamonds, etc.) weight is deducted from gross weight which is approximate.

Exchange/Buyback scheme for Gold and Diamond jewellery

Goods once sold will be accepted for buyback/exchange after due examination of damage, weight, originality & the decision of the Company with respect to the buyback/exchange shall be final and binding. The scheme is applicable for all Consumers (herein after referred to as "customer") purchasing Limelight Diamonds (the "Company") jewellery either directly or indirectly through the Company's Retail Partners, Business Associates and others (herein after referred to as "Retailer").

In case of Exchange of goods:

  • The Company offers a 100% exchange policy to the end customers. Under this scheme, the Good(s) can be exchanged by every customers for another Good(s) with a value equivalent to 100% of the Selling Price of the Sold Good(s).
  • On accepting the Good(s) for exchange, the Company shall provide the exchanged Goods of the same value as the good being exchanged. No money will be refunded.
  • The Good(s) being exchanged should be accompanied with the original certificate; original invoice provided by the Retailer along with the Warranty Card. The Company does not cover any consequential loss or damage of jewellery or precious stone in studded jewellery.
  • The exchange shall be subject to the quality check that shall be carried out for the Goods being exchanged by the Company.
  • The Company shall take a minimum period of 20 (twenty) working days for the entire process.

In case of Buyback of goods:

  • The Company shall provide a buyback scheme to every customers. Under this scheme the Good(s) can be returned by the customers to the Retailer or the Company for a refund payment totalling the following:

    • 100% of the prevailing market price of gold or any other metal used PLUS
    • 80% of the prevailing market price of the specific quality of the lab grown diamonds studded in the jewellery.
  • In case of any discount given during the original purchase, an equivalent amount shall be deducted from market value of the lab grown diamonds.
  • The refund amount shall exclude all applied taxes at the time of purchase.
  • The buyback scheme and re-imbursement of payment shall be subject to the quality check carried out of the Goods by the Company.
  • The Good(s) should be accompanied with the original certificate, the original invoice provided by the Retailer and the Company's Warranty Card.
  • The Company shall take a minimum period of 20 (twenty) days for the entire process.
  • All payments for the buyback value paid by the Company will be made through RTGS or NEFT only. Payments shall be made only to the person/entity mentioned in the Invoice issued by the Retailer and carrying a valid Government Issue photo ID and valid Certificate of the good.

In no event shall Trayi Jewellery or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Trayi Jewellery's website, even if Trayi Jewellery or a Trayi Jewellery authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Trayi Jewellery's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Trayi Jewellery does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Trayi Jewellery may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

Trayi Jewellery has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Trayi Jewellery of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mangalore, Karnataka.

All lab-grown diamonds sold by Trayi Jewellery are certified by independent gemological institutes and come with proper documentation.

By placing an order on our website, you are offering to purchase a product or service. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. Trayi Jewellery reserves the right to refuse any order. Payment must be received before the order is processed and shipped.

We accept various payment methods as displayed on our website. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

11. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders within 5-7 business days. Delivery times depend on the delivery location and courier service. Trayi Jewellery is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or external factors.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

A Note on Jewellery Sold by the Company

  • The Company follows metric system of weights (grams). Customers are advised to refer following conversion table if required.

    • 1 Tola = 11.650 grams
    • 1 Sovereign (Pavan) = 8 grams
    • 1 Carat = 0.200 grams
    • 1 Gram = 1000 milligrams.
  • Our gold ornaments carrying the BIS Hallmark will have melting purity as specified in the Hallmark. Customer can get the purity of the Hallmarked product verified from any of the BIS recognized A&H centre. The list of BIS recognized A&H centre along with address and contact details is available on the website www.bis.gov.in.
  • We take extreme care and caution while setting stones/gems in ornaments. Since gold is a soft metal, stones/gems which are delicate may get damaged on impact. We shall not guarantee the durability of stones/gems or its settings on physical impact. However, We will repair/reset or replace the stones/gems at the cost of customers subject to the availability of similar stones/gems.
  • The date of delivery specified in the order form is only probable date of delivery. The actual delivery date may vary as the manufacturing process is manual & artistic in nature.
  • Stones and beads etc. supplied by the customer will be accepted against custom orders at the customer's own risk.
  • For customer's specific order, rate of gold will be fixed only against full payment of gold value. Otherwise, Gold rate at the time of placing the order or delivery whichever is higher will be charged.
  • Ornaments once sold will not be accepted or exchanged free of cost on return.
  • Customers are advised to verify & note the weight, purity and specifications of the ornaments they purchase.
  • Disputes, if any, are subject to Mangalore (TRAYI Office) jurisdiction only.
  • The Management reserves the right to provide or deny services/goods to any person.
  • Govt. specified rules & taxes like GST etc. are applicable.
